The building is located within a large plot in the province of Treviso, born from the desire to create an architecture that harmoniously dialogues with the surrounding natural landscape. The new residence is conceived as an essential volume, defined by two thin parallel horizontal lines marking the base and the roof, enclosing the “living box” within.

Fully clad in wood, this living box establishes an immediate connection with nature, while large windows open the interiors to the expansive green park, generating continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The house is developed on a single level, promoting simplicity and functionality. The northern volume accommodates the living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The southern volume is dedicated to a recreational area, designed for relaxation and leisure. The floor plan is organized to minimize circulation spaces, maximizing the area available for the main living environments.

Subtilitas
The interiors are characterized by strong visual permeability and abundant natural light, thanks to windows framing views of the landscape. The selected materials reinforce the purity of the design: exposed concrete, used for ceilings and floors, dialogues with the cedar wood plank cladding of the living blocks, creating a refined balance between materiality, elegance, and volumetric simplicity.
