On the second floor, the entire space is dedicated to the living area: one side features the dining room with an open-plan kitchen, highlighted by a black marble peninsula that separates yet connects the spaces; the other side hosts the lounge, furnished with a large sofa and designer armchairs, opening onto a terrace with spectacular mountain views.

The basement includes an additional living area with a bathroom, designed as an independent space thanks to a sofa bed, making it versatile for guests or autonomous use. The interior design combines contemporary aesthetics with respect for local tradition, achieving a refined balance between innovation and the memory of place.

The main vertical elements are clad inwengé oak, chosen for its rich and enveloping texture, while natural oak paneling and ceilings bring brightness and visual continuity to the spaces.
