The villa is organized into four linear volumes, each with a specific function, converging around the living area, the heart of the home. One wing accommodates the entrance, garage, and service spaces; another houses the kitchen and dining area; the third is dedicated to the sleeping area with bedrooms, bathrooms, and walk-in closets; while the fourth volume is reserved for leisure, featuring a playroom, gym, and guest room.
Large overhangs protect the interiors from direct sunlight and strengthen the visual and physical connection with the garden, further enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows. The green facade, chosen to blend harmoniously with the landscape, reinforces the seamless integration of architecture and nature.
