The restoration project aimed to enhance the original elements and traditional structures, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Typical local materials – exposed brick, Matraia stone, and chestnut wood – were preserved and integrated with modern construction techniques to ensure comfort and durability.

Natural lime plaster was applied manually to highlight the irregular texture of the stone masonry, while original beams and terracotta bricks were carefully restored through sandblasting. White washed ceilings and interiors intentionally recall Tuscan tradition, creating authentic and welcoming spaces.
