This holiday villa project in Sardinia by MIDE architetti maximizes panoramic views, with large windows framing the sea and defining the architectural identity of the residence. Located in the distinctive setting of Golfo Aranci with a direct view of Tavolara Island, the villa replaces the previous structure with a new design on two staggered levels, perfectly adapted to the site’s slopes and harmonized with the surrounding landscape.

The staircase leading to the basement elegantly separates the more public areas from private spaces, where the bedrooms, wine cellar, and a relaxation room with a pool view are located.
Natural light is filtered by the overhanging flat roof and surrounding vegetation, creating an intimate atmosphere while maintaining a strong connection to the landscape. Outside, a reflective water feature precedes the panoramic terrace, enhancing visual continuity with the sea and providing an ideal space for relaxation and outdoor socializing.
