The project involves the construction of a contemporary residence on a sloped lot overlooking the river, connecting the street to the embankment. The house is developed over two levels: a partially underground exposed concrete base accommodates service areas and the main entrance, while the upper volume, clad in metal, rises boldly from the ground and defines the architectural identity of the building.

The upper floor houses the living area, conceived as an open and luminous space. A large south-facing glass wall opens onto the terrace, projecting the domestic life towards the river and integrating the landscape into the home.
The interiors feature a prominent wooden element that covers the living area wall unit, creating continuity with the natural wood flooring. This material dialogue between wood, metal, and concrete establishes a balance between warmth and rigor, emphasizing the constant connection with the exterior.
Publications
The metal cladding of the upper floor also serves as a filter: it conceals openings for service areas and acts as a sunshade, highlighting only the large windows of the bedrooms, which frame unique views of the riverside landscape. A contemporary home that combines geometric rigor, refined materiality, and a strong relationship with nature.
