The building is defined by a pitched roof that harmonizes the main living areas, service spaces, and the porch, creating an architectural balance between functionality and aesthetics. The compact form of the house allows for better exposure of the interiors to the outdoors, thanks to a rational layout designed with comfort and natural light in mind.
The sleeping area is located in the northwest wing, ensuring privacy and controlled natural lighting, while the service rooms are placed near the south entrance, facilitating everyday use. The living area, facing southwest, opens onto the porch and garden, creating a direct connection with the outdoors and amplifying the perception of space.
