The project involves the construction of a new residential building in Treviso, located on a green plot along the Sile River. The decision to position the condominium in such a privileged location guided the entire design concept, aiming to enhance the natural surroundings and create architecture in balanced dialogue with the landscape.

The building spans five floors and houses nine apartments of various sizes, each designed to offer generous interior spaces, private terraces, and direct views of the surrounding greenery. The integration of private and communal areas is a key aspect of the project: residents can enjoy social and wellness spaces while maintaining privacy and the comfort of their homes.
On the ground floor, exclusive amenities include a wellness area with spa and gym, as well as indoor bicycle storage and covered parking spaces, reflecting a design focused on well-being and sustainability.

The rooftop has been transformed into a shared terrace for residents, enriched with photovoltaic panels to enhance the building’s energy efficiency.
Material choices are deliberately restrained and carefully selected: essential surfaces and natural finishes that harmonize with the Sile River landscape, creating a contemporary yet understated architecture. The result is a project that combines aesthetics and functionality, designed for a community seeking to live in an exclusive residential setting, in close contact with nature, while enjoying all the comforts of the city.
