The project involves the demolition and reconstruction of a residential building, giving it a completely new volumetric configuration and an architectural language radically different from the pre-existing structure. While maintaining the original two-level division, the house now appears as a fully renewed organism, able to respond to contemporary living needs while at the same time establishing a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding natural environment.

The design strategy is based on the goal of maximizing the value of the landscape context, with particular attention to the front facing the river. The layout of the interior spaces was conceived around this principle: openings, views, and the distribution of volumes were carefully calibrated to take advantage of every opportunity for a relationship with the riverside landscape.
In this perspective, the master suite is located on the first floor, in a privileged position that allows for wide and panoramic views. The adjacent terrace thus becomes a natural extension of the domestic space — an intimate and secluded place from which to admire the changing light and the passing of the seasons.

The interiors stand out for their balance between clean, essential lines and tactile, natural materials, which bring warmth and refinement to the living spaces. The dramatic concrete staircase, the distributive core of the house, serves as a defining feature: beyond its practical function of connecting the two levels, it introduces a sculptural and plastic quality that shapes the space, transforming vertical circulation into a recognizable architectural gesture.
Overall, the project delivers a residence that combines modernity and elegance, designed to enhance the natural landscape while offering its inhabitants a living experience immersed in light, nature, and the seamless continuity between indoors and outdoors.
