On the ground floor, the open-plan living area faces south and opens entirely onto the garden. A spacious portico protects the interiors from direct sunlight while creating a seamless continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. An internal patio brings natural light into the rooms and establishes a visual connection with the garage.

The first floor hosts the sleeping area, including a study and three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a private bathroom and open shower. A large panoramic terrace, a distinctive element of the villa, offers breathtaking views of the landscape, making the home an ideal place to live in harmony with its surroundings.
