The residence stands out for its large windows that open the living area to the garden and for the panoramic terrace on the first floor, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. On the ground floor, the open-plan living area faces south and opens entirely onto the garden. A spacious portico protects the interiors from direct sunlight while creating a seamless continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. An internal patio brings natural light into the rooms and establishes a visual connection with the garage.
The first floor hosts the sleeping area, including a study and three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a private bathroom and open shower. A large panoramic terrace, a distinctive element of the villa, offers breathtaking views of the landscape, making the home an ideal place to live in harmony with its surroundings.

Materials were carefully selected to enhance volumes, proportions, and architectural details. The exterior façades are made of exposed bricks from Fornace Sant’Anselmo, a high-quality material that ensures durability, solidity, and a unique architectural character, linking tradition with contemporary design.
Inside, the combination of natural wood and smooth concrete creates a warm, elegant, and refined atmosphere, highlighting the living spaces and emphasizing the constant dialogue between architecture and domestic comfort.
