The project involves the renovation of a Napoleonic-era rural building, a brick farmhouse reinterpreted to host three residential units. The intervention respects the historical memory of the building while transforming it into a high-end contemporary residence.

Although independent, the units share a common architectural language, integrating the existing structure with modern functional and living needs. The design approach preserved the original façades, restoring compositional clarity and highlighting the historic arches with minimal frames and large windows.
Large openings create a constant connection with the surrounding landscape, establishing visual and perceptive continuity between interior and exterior spaces. Natural light becomes the protagonist, enhancing the texture of historic bricks and the purity of contemporary lines.
Publications
Completing the project, the expansive park surrounding the property features an infinity pool, whose reflective surface echoes the rustic history and amplifies the perception of the building. This landscape element becomes an integral part of the architectural composition, emphasizing the dialogue between tradition and modernity.
The result is an elegant, timeless residence where MIDE architetti successfully combine respect for history, design innovation, and residential comfort, consistent with their vision of contemporary luxury homes.
