Luxury villa design surrounded by greenery in Versilia


This contemporary villa features a clean, geometric volume, with the upper floor highlighted by a monolith fully clad in precious marble and the ground floor opening onto expansive panoramic glass walls framed in brass. The design creates a seamless visual connection with the lush park, allowing residents and visitors to fully enjoy the surrounding greenery and the refined entrance garden. This project exemplifies luxury residential architecture in Forte dei Marmi, combining modern design with an attentive integration into the natural landscape.

The privacy of the residence is ensured by a perimeter concrete fence, designed as an elegant architectural screen that opens onto the Garden of Arts, an outdoor exhibition space carefully curated with sculptures and installations.


Despite the expansive ground-floor glass walls, the large south-facing porch and canopies along the perimeter enhance indoor comfort while creating shaded areas in the outdoor spaces adjacent to the villa. These features provide ideal settings for entertaining guests even during the hottest summer months in Versilia, combining functionality with refined luxury living.

The first floor of this luxury villa features a sleeping area with three designer bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, while the ground floor offers an open-plan living space that seamlessly combines the living room and kitchen. A sculptural perforated metal staircase connects the two levels, allowing natural light to flow from the roof skylight down to the basement.



The villa’s compact architectural design ensures optimal interior exposure and a rational layout of spaces. Its configuration promotes a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas, enabling physical expansion through the porch and visual extension via the large panoramic glass walls.
